Forecasts are based on public data and advanced models, using a predictive algorithm from the Sparkcity model that was developed in collaboration with TU Eindhoven. Other public data sources are also used.

A forecast map in Maps shows the forecasts of EVs and the charging needs of different target groups such as residents, visitors and commuters at street level down to 200m.

A plan map in Maps is a map showing proposed charging sites based on EVtools forecasts, placement criteria and best practices.

It is important to highlight a few points:

1. EVtools deliberately chooses to host in the EU so that we are covered by European law and we comply with the security and privacy requirements in the EU.
2. The data and output in/from the system belongs to you, the customer, and stays with you, the customer.
