What are you going to do?
As an Account Manager, you will significantly contribute to achieving our national and international growth objectives. EVTools aims to provide the best software that connects all chain partners and data. You will be responsible for the sales of our SaaS software and services. Initially, this role focuses on our existing clients within the primary target groups of government entities, charge point operators, and real estate/landowners. Concurrently, you will work to strengthen our market and product leadership.
You will expand our client base and broaden engagement within existing client groups by offering additional existing and new products and services. In most cases, these client relationships have already been established by the Customer Success team. Guided by clear objectives, you will work towards achieving EVTools' ambitions. You will report to the Management Team based on sales KPIs. Subsequently, you may also identify and qualify new clients, aiming to establish long-term partnerships with EVTools.
As an Account Manager, you will not work in isolation. Initially, you will independently manage many tasks, collaborating with the CEO and two part-time employees. You will always receive support from the Product and Customer Success teams. You will collaborate on ensuring widespread adoption of the software. As an Account Manager, you will also be a key ambassador for our vision. You will be comfortable articulating and presenting our vision at conferences and symposia.
What do you bring?
You are proactive, work independently, and are adept at retaining clients through excellent results and effective communication. Additionally, you possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience in client acquisition, preferably in the software sector;
- Experience with Business to Government (B2G) and/or Business to Business (B2B);
- A positive mindset and genuine interest in people – you identify and create opportunities for yourself, the team, and the organization.
Finally, it is important to note:
- Affinity with the EV or (sustainable) energy market is a distinct advantage.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch.
