EVTools is looking for an action-oriented working studentwithenthusiasm for sustainability.

As a Customer Success working student at EVTools, you will be close to the customer: you will hear and see what the market wants, and you will work with various customers on domestic and international projects.
Welcome to EVTools, where you will help build an innovative and sustainable startup with smart software solutions to expand the charging infrastructure for electric transport in a data-driven way.

Who are we?

  • A clear picture of the task of scaling up charging infrastructure (Maps);
  • Control over its rollout (Workflow);
  • And insight into the performance of the charging network for data-driven scaling (Monitoring).

  • Warm sales and sales advice: informing existing customers about new products during customer contact;
  • Answering questions and handling complaints by phone and email;
  • Stay informed about the various ongoing projects, lead implementations, and provide project support where necessary.
